Our 100% pure Vermont Maple Syrup is traditionally processed each spring from our own maple trees - the sap is collected by hand and boiled over a wood fire for an authentic Vermont flavor. Our syrup has no added sugar or preservatives - the sweetness comes from the trees!
All of our Maple Syrup is produced in Bird-Friendly habitats as recognized by Audubon Vermont, and our working forest is certified by the American Tree Farm System. In addition to managing our forest for maple syrup production, we prioritize water quality, wildlife habitat, recreation, and timber production.
